A design/build project, in which the second floor and third floor were reconstructed, and an addition of the second level over an existing frame room was added

The exterior brick walls were insulated on the interior face.

A new master bedroom with a master bathroom has access to an open deck.

The essentially gutted upper floors were redesigned to include a sculpted flex duct and a screen with rotating glass panels.

The rotating panels could be open to facilitate communication between the dinning room and the kitchen or the panels could be closed to visually separate the two.
