Now a Chicago institution, this two story fire resistant structure, constructed in mid 1970s, is the only single use building devoted to retail tobacco sales in Chicago.

In the 1990s, additional humidors, new display cases, and lighting were designed and built on both floors.

Since then the owner has made excellent additions to the interior with the help of the Architect.
